Why Changing Yourself?
The best place to start change is with yourself. If whatever
you do doesn't work, you must be flexible
- you must change your action plan if the current one does not produce the
required results.
If you want other people to change, you must be
prepared to make the first step yourself. If you cannot change your
environment, you should change your attitude.
NLP Solutions: Neuro Logical Levels of
Change
The NLP Technology of Achievement
was specially developed to discover how people can excel, and most
particularly when managing change - how to create the 'difference that makes

One of the NLP leading thinkers, Robert Dilts, suggests that
there are six neuro logical levels of learning,
communication and change. In a hierarchical order, they are: purpose,
mission, beliefs and values, capabilities, behavior, and environment. Any
changes made at the higher levels will have a greater influence on you than
those made at the lower levels.

himself from his mindsets – his mental framework, assumptions and beliefs
coloring the world – and allows him to listen effectively to his inner
voice. This helps him to improve his behavior and create his own future.
After all, we become more creative as we become more conscious of ourselves,
our inner processes and motives. By scrutinizing ourselves, and achieving a
better self-image and self-knowledge, we improve our learning ability.
Self-knowledge means self-awareness. Formulating one’s personal ambition is
a search for one’s identity. Understanding one’s identity is the key to
action...More
